The relatively small platform (8,10,11,13,18) is formed by iron plates welded together and rests on telescopically adjustable feet. Gables which are positioned opposite to one another are foldable to and from each other on the upper end of a link, and can be fixed in two positions by a welded plate (7). In their folded vertical position, they accommodate on both sides guide ball bearings (1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9,12,13,14,15,16,17,18) for the drum blade wheels. When the gables are folded downwards, they release the shafts (1,16) with end-located simple rhomboidal couplings (4,17). When the whole process is carried out, the drum blade wheels must be free from water pressure. USE/ADVANTAGE - As a rapid exchange coupling for drum blade wheels activated by water flow, so that a shaft extension can be effected in the shortest possible time.
