<p>PURPOSE:To rationalize the treatment of the end part of material by correcting the rolling speed of each stand based on the deviation results of the actual transit time of material and actual rolling speed of a rolling stand that are detected with a controller for continuous rolling mill. CONSTITUTION:In the controller for continuous rolling mill, a means 12 for detecting/calculating the deviations of actual time that a rolling material is passed through a stand and actual rolling speed and a means 13 for correcting/ calculating rolling speed with which the rolling speed at each rolling stand is corrected based on that detected result are provided. In this way, unstable factors pertaining to the front and rear ends of rolling material of the inconsistency of set data due to the fluctuation of rolling speed in rolling, the error of setting by operator or the like are eliminated and stable control of continuous rolling can be done.</p> |
