PURPOSE:To hold a required quantity of solder in a hole so as to obviate the need for solder replenishment which is necessary for flat cables to be connected to electronic appliances and the like, by providing holes passing through in the thickness direction and embedding solder in the holes. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of flat conductors 1 are disposed in parallel in one plane, portions except its part are sandwiched to be integrated with insulating tapes 5. Each conductor 1 has rectangular corners at its tip part, and a hole 2 is pierced in the thickness direction at the tip part. Solder 3 is embedded in the hole 2, and the solder 3 is kept in such a way that it protrudes a little downward from the conductor 1. In the case when tape wires built up in such constitution are connected to electronic appliances and the like, the solder 3 is melted by heating the connecting surface of the tip part of the conductor 1 while it is attached to connecting parts of electronic appliances and the like. Then the tape wires and electronic appliances are mutually connected by solidifying the molten solder 3. |
