<p>PURPOSE:To neutralize and eliminate static electricity even when it is generated on the surface of a magnetic tape by providing an ionizing cleaner capable of ionizing the air between a filter at a pressure side and a regulator. CONSTITUTION:The air at the pressure side is outputted first with a compressor by providing the ionizing cleaner between an output filter 5 and the regulator 2, and dust in the air can be eliminated by the output filter 5. The air from which the dust is eliminated and with no impurity is ionized further by the ionizing cleaner 7, and is sent to a plenum 7 as ionized air, and is outputted to each tape feeding system by the plenum 7. The ionized air outputted to each tape feeding system can neutralize and eliminate the static electricity by synthesis with ion when it is generated on a magnetic tape.</p> |
