The bottom (12) of a cylindrical envelope (11) is stamped to form an anvil (13) projecting from the bottom (12) towards the inside of the cylindrical envelope, the anvil (13) having a flattened central body (18) which extends parallel to an axial plane (A-A) of the envelope (11). On either side of the anvil (13), the bottom of the cylindrical envelope has vent holes (14) providing passages for the priming heat in the vicinity of the axial plane (A-A) of the cylindrical envelope.
