摘要 PURPOSE:To easily handle without stickiness and to improve drilling properties by forming aqueous soluble lubricant of polyethylene glycol having predetermined molecular weight. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous soluble lubricant is formed of polyethylene glycol having 600-9000 of molecular weight. The glycol having 600-9000 of molecular weight of aqueous soluble lubricant is generally manufactured by polymerizing ethylene oxide, also called 'polyethylene oxide', represented by a general formula H(CH2CH2O)nH. If the molecular weight is less than 600, stickiness is generated, and not hence desirable, while if it exceeds 9000, lubricating properties are insufficient, and not hence desirable. As a method of disposing the lubricant in a laminate, the lubricant is merely suitably heated, warmed or formed in a coating layer having 0.01-3mm of thickness as aqueous solution. Paper, plastic nonwoven fabric, porous metal sheet, etc., is suitably heated or warmed or disposed as a sheet having 0.01-3mm of thickness immersed with aqueous soluble lubricant as aqueous solution.
