PURPOSE:To culture Grifola having the same flavor and tooth touch as those of natural Grifola in a raw-cutting and bark-peeling process, a raw wood-sterilizing and nutrient- supplying process, a spawn-inoculating and culturing process and an embedding process for embedding the spawn-inoculated raw wood in a culture upland field. CONSTITUTION:In a process 1 for cutting a raw wood and peeling the bark thereof, an upstanding living tree such as Quercus erispula or Quercus serrata Thunb is fallen in a winter season when the growth of the tree is stopped, and cut in a suitable size and the bark 11 of the prepared raw wood 10 is peeled. The raw wood 10 is processed in a process 2 for sterilizing the raw wood and supplying nutrients for the raw wood. The sterilization is preferably carried out in an autoclave and the supply of the nutrients is performed by impregnating the raw wood with the soup of grains. The treated raw wood is processed in a process 3 for inoculating the raw wood with a spawn and culturing the spawn. The inoculation and culturing of the spawn is performed in a vinylic polymer culture bag 17 equipped with an air-ventilating hole 15. In a process 4 for embedding the raw wood in a culturing upland field, the raw wood 10 having the spawn multiplied over the whole surfaces thereof is taken out from the culture bag 17 and successively aligned and embedded in the culturing upland field 19. |
