PURPOSE:To shorten processing processes and to improve quality by a method wherein a hologram stamper is fitted as a core in a cavity of a mold and a hologram is directly transferred on the surface of a resin lens at the same time when the resin lens is molded. CONSTITUTION:When a hologram stamper 3 is fitted as a core in a part of a cavity 10 of a female mold 1 and a resin lens 2 is molded by casting a resin material in the cavity 10 of the female mold 1 and the male mold, a hologram 30 is transferred and formed on the surface of the resin lens 2 at the same time when the resin lens 2 is molded. Then, when the resin lens 2 is released from the mold, as the resin lens 2 on the surface of which the hologram 30 is formed is molded, it is possible to shorten the number of processing steps. In addition, as an uneven pattern of the hologram 30 is directly and physically formed on the surface of the molded resin lens 2 from the hologram stamper 3, qualities such as heat resistance and weatherability are improved. |
