PURPOSE:To obtain detergent using for color changing or material changing of a rubber-processing machine reducing amount of successive substituting material capable of shortening cleaning time by mixing specific amounts of a specific ethylene-propylene copolymer and calcium carbonate or basic magnesium carbonate, etc. CONSTITUTION:(A) 35-60wt.% ethylene-propylene copolymer having 20-50wt.% ethylene content and 0.5-2.5 intrinsic viscosity [eta] is mixed with (B) 35-60wt.% calcium carbonate or basic magnesium carbonate and (C) 1-5wt.% sodium alkyl sulfonate or sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate. By using said composition, consumption of rubber for successive substitution can be reduced to 6-12% of the previous amount and cleaning time can be shortened to about 20% of former.
