PURPOSE:To facilitate operation of a device and keep the certainty of locking by arranging a needle roller on roller receiving grooves while penetrating first and second bearing members which have opposite tapered direction to each other in bottom surfaces of the roller receiving grooves and bearing holes, and changing over a locking condition and a free condition through relative rotation of both the bearing members. CONSTITUTION:Groove bottom faces 23a, 33a of first and second bearing elements 2a, 3a have opposite tapered directions to each other, which elements 2a, 3a have roller receiving grooves 23, 33 on inner peripheries of respective bearing holes 22, 32 for an operational shaft. The second bearing elements 3a are arranged on both sides of the first bearing element 2a. A needle roller 6 penetrates through the elements along the roller receiving grooves 23, 33. These arrangements are housed in cylindrical casings 4, 51, 52, then in a cover casing and a slide casing for assembling. A locking condition and a free condition of a rotary shaft 1 is changed over with one touch through the needle roller 6 by the relative rotation of the bearing elements 2a, 3a. |
