The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing domestic hot water and supplying calorific energy to a network of ambient heating emitters, of the type comprising a first circuit (1, 2, 3) for the domestic water, and a second circuit equipped with an inlet (5) and a discharge (8) for a heat-transfer liquid, this second circuit having a first portion (4, 7), at least partially placed in a heat exchange relationship with the first circuit, as well as an outward conduit (9) and a return conduit (10) for the heat-transfer liquid for the supply of the heating emitter network. According to the invention, the first portion of the second circuit comprises a chamber (7), the top part (7a) of which, on one side, communicates with the inlet (5) for the heat-transfer liquid, and, on the other hand, is connected to the outward conduit (9), the return conduit (10) opening out in the bottom part (7b) of the said chamber, substantially opposite the discharge (8) for the heat-transfer liquid. <IMAGE>
