The invention concerns a device for deviating a workpiece carrier from one conveyor belt (10) to another (10') arranged at an angle to the first in the same plane. Between the two conveyor belts (10, 10') there is a turntable (21) rotating in the conveyor direction at least in the inner belt region in the plane of both conveyor belts, whereby the workpiece carrier (14) is transported by the turntable (21) at least through the friction between them, and there is a lateral guide (25) at least in the outer curve for the workpiece carrier (14).
