The connection plate (10) is of insulating plastics material with retaining elements (16) formed on one of its major surfaces (15) for securing applied conductor paths (12...14) in the form of stamped out metal strips, e.g. of brass sheet metal. The conductor paths allow the similar electrical terminals of the different devices to be coupled together when the devices are secured in place by fixing screws. The conductor paths may be embedded in the surface of the plate. ADVANTAGE - Allows common supply of switch or plug group.
