PURPOSE:To obtain a delay switch which is unlikely to develop defective return of a handle and has a long opening/closing life, by equipping a turning over spring and a push button which is housed within a case in a shape of projection being made through an insertion hole, and a handle which conducts the operation of push-pressing against this push button. CONSTITUTION:A turning over spring 33 which is bent so as to separate a movable contact point 31 from a fixed contact point 32, a push button 34 that is housed within a case in a shape in which the lower end butting against the spring 33 is elastically supported by means of the spring 33 and an operation piece 34a protrudes through an insertion hole 21 formed at the upper surface of the case, and a handle 4 which operates this push button 34 push-pressingly, are equipped. Accordingly, the push-pressing position of the spring 33 becomes fixed by operating the spring 33 through the button 34. As a result, the defective return of the handle 4 is unlikely to occur and at the same time the life of opening/closing is extended.
