PURPOSE:To smooth a ground surface so as to improve its accuracy by providing a load cell between a slide and a grinder, comparing a signal of the load cell with a preset value to control a slide motor, and making pressing force constant. CONSTITUTION:A load cell 15 is provided between a slide 4 and a grinder 5, and pressing force is made constant by controlling a slide motor 3 through comparing a signal of the load cell with a preset value. Further, a movement of this slide 4 is detected as a change of a grinder diameter by a differential transformer 18, and its signal is added to a rotational speed preset value to control a peripheral speed to a fixed value by adjusting a rotational speed of a grinder motor 8. In this way, a good smoothed surface is obtained. |
