<p>PURPOSE:To prevent ignition, explosion, etc., by detecting the concn. of gaseous hydrogen flowing into an oil tank through a return path of a bearing and providing a central circuit outputting a start signal for an electrostatic precipitator when the concn. is lower than a specified value and a stop signal when the concn. is higher. CONSTITUTION:Since the gaseous hydrogen concn. in an oil tank 1 is kept low when a plant is started, a start signal for actuating an electrostatic precipitator 13 simultaneously with the start is outputted from a gaseous hydrogen concn. transmitter 17 through an AND circuit 27. When the precipitator 13 is automatically operated, a start signal is outputted in conformity with the start signal of an AND circuit 25 so that a gas extractor 10 is started a specified time after operation by a timer circuit 37. When the gaseous hydrogen concn. is increased, a concn. abnormality signal is outputted to an OR circuit 32 from the transmitter 17, and a signal for stopping the precipitator 13 through a warp out circuit 29 is outputted. The same signal of the transmitter 17 is outputted to the circuit for starting the precipitator grounding device of the precipitator 13, and the charged particles of the precipitator 13 are allowed to escape.</p> |
