<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coated article having excellent scratch resistance and impact resistance by applying a curable sheet consisting of a specific reactive acrylic resin, specific low-molecular weight material, light initiator and specific crosslinking agent to a body to be applied and irradiating the sheet with light to cure the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A curable sheet consisting essentially of (A) a reactive acrylic resin having one or more kind of plural functional groups among OH, amino and carboxyl in one molecule, having 50000-1000000 weigh-average molecular weight and being solid at ordinary temperature, (B) a low molecular-weight material [e.g. methyl (meth)acrylate] having (meth)acryloyl in one molecule, (C) a light initiator (e.g. benzyl) and (D) one or more kind of crosslinking agents selected from isocyanate based crosslinking agent, melamine based crosslinking agent and epoxy based crosslinking agent is applied to an article (e.g. metal plate or thermoplastic resin) to be applied in reduced pressure or under pressure and irradiated with light to provide the aimed coated article.</p> |
