<p>PURPOSE:To perform painting work in post-process and to simplify the process required for painting by heat curing a thermosetting sheet when and/or after an uncured or half-cured thermosetting sheet is stuck to the surface of a molded product extruded out of a mold, and then thermosetting the thermosetting sheet. CONSTITUTION:As for an uncured or half-cured thermosetting sheet, for exam ple, the uncured or half-cured thermosetting sheet mainly composed of reactive acryl resin of weight average molecular weight of 20000-1000000 and block isocyanate, or a half-cured thermosetting sheet mainly composed of reactive acryl resin of weight average molecular weight of 20000-1000000 and at least one kind of crosslinking agent composed of unblocked isocyanate, melamine and epoxy is used. The thermosetting resin is set preliminarily in the vicinity of a mold, out of which a molded product is extruded and stuck to the molded product. The thermosetting sheet is cured by the remaining heat of the molded product just after being extruded out of the mold, and an extrusion molded product is manufactured.</p> |
