PURPOSE:To extract a timing waveform from a complex signal at high speed by providing a complex narrow band filtering means and a complex signal squaring means to square the complex signal. CONSTITUTION:By passing a signal S1 (t) outputted from a demodulation part 1 through a complex narrow band filter 2, the signal is taken out. When such a signal S2 (t) is inputted to a complex square circuit 3, the complex sine wave of a band rate frequency can be obtained without removing a direct current component. Namely, the complex narrow band filter 2 and the circuit 3 to square the complex signal are continuously provided after the rear step of the demodulation part 11. Thus, without using a circuit to remove the direct current component for the rear step of the square circuit 3, the timing waveform can be directly extracted from the complex signal. |
