发明名称 REVERSIBLE THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a uniform image even when printing is continuously carried out many times and to improve printability by providing a thermal layer reversibly changing by heat and further providing a protective layer based on heat-resistant resin thereon and adding an org. or inorg. filler to a part of the protective layer or the entire surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A solution having two components of a resin base material and an org. low- molecular substance dissolved therein or a dispersion wherein the org. low-molecular substance is dispersed in the solution of the resin base material in a minute particle form is applied to a transparent support such as a plastic sheet or a glass plate and dried to form a thermal layer and, further, a protective layer containing an org. or inorg. filler is formed to a part of the thermal layer or the entire surface thereof to prepare a reversible thermal recording material. When this reversible thermal recording material is used, the refuse or dust generated from a part of the protective layer at the time of the printing due to a thermal head and bonded to the thermal head is shaven off by the unevenness formed to the surface of the protective layer by the org. or inorg. filler and not accumulated on the head. Therefore, a uniform image can be formed even when continuous printing is carried out many times. Further, when printing is applied to the surface of the protective layer, printing ink penetrates in the recessed of the surface of the protective layer to be enhanced in adhesiveness.
