A process for rendering cores conductive, which consist of plastics, wood or other natural materials, for electroforming work is described. For this purpose the cores are immersed in an organic solvent, then transferred into a suspension of a metal powder with an organic solvent, dried and electrolytically coated in a known manner. The conductive layer produced in this way adheres very well to the mould and reproduces all details with true contours. |
