PURPOSE:To improve the profitability and the workability by sticking and forming a half-gelatinized layer to the inside wall surface of a slash molding die by heating, and thereafter, discharging ungelatinized paste, and subsequently, gelatinizing completely the partial sole and the shoe main body by heating again. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a half-gelatinized partial sole 40a is formed by injecting and heating partial sole forming paste B1 to a partial sole forming chamber 30a to the extent that it doff not flow out of a projecting wall 20 and thereafter, a half-gelatinized partial sole 40b is formed by injecting and heating paste B2 to a partial sole forming chamber 30b so as to cover the partial sole 40a. Also, by forming a projection being lower than the projecting wall 20 in bottom parts of the partial sole forming chambers 30a, 30b, a desired design is allowed to appear on a heel bottom part 10a. In the case a shoe main body 50 is formed on the upper face 40c of the partial sole formed in such a way, a slash shoe S whose external appearance is satisfactory, divided clearly by the partial sole of a multicolor, in the sole part 10a of the sole can be obtained. |
