<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for making tests on a plant while the reliability of the plant operation is secured by making the plant operable in the optimum operating procedure in accordance with the used status of the plant. CONSTITUTION:The operator of a plant changes the operating procedure of operator commands to be given to machines and apparatuses constituting the plant by operating an operation input device 5. Namely, the operator changes the operating procedure for giving the operation commands in accordance with the operated status of the plant, such as real operation, trial operation, periodic inspection, full tests on command signals during periodic inspections, etc. Therefore, the time required for making tests can be reduced without spoiling the reliability of the plant operation, because the operator command operating procedure can be simplified at the time of tests.</p> |
