PURPOSE:To prevent parts from being damaged by back drive by applying a test signal to the input terminal of a printed board unit, and comparing the output of each of the parts to an expected value pattern. CONSTITUTION:Signals of a pattern corresponding to that of test signals are output to the respective output terminals J1, J2,...K1 of parts 10a, 10b... by application of test signals to each input terminal I1, I2.... The signals are then input to a comparator 4 via detecting probes Q1, Q2 and are each compared to an expected value signal transmitted from an expected value memory 3 storing the output of a normally operating printed board unit 1 so as to decide whether or not the signals are good. Should there be a defective article among the parts 10a, 10b..., its output does not coincide with the expected value pattern and so the defective part can be easily found and also the parts are in no danger of being deformed by back drive. |
