PURPOSE:To prevent the falling-off of a heat radiating member by forming a storage recess with an area larger than that of a heat radiating member at the rear of a base material, and providing a locking part for positioning the heat radiating member in the gap between the storage recess and the heat radiating member and charge space for sealing resin to enter. CONSTITUTION:When sealing the one, where charge space 13 is provided between a storage recess 12 and a heating member 15, with resin, the sealing resin enters the charge space 13, and the adhesive strength between the base material 11 and the sealing resin can be improve by the amount that the surface area by the charge space 13 increases. Furthermore, the charge space 13 is one which is made in the thickness direction as well as in the horizontal direction of the base material 11, and consequently in the condition that the sealing resin has entered this charge space 13, it follows that so to speak a wedge for checking, in all direction, the external stress, etc., applied to the sealing resin is driven in the periphery of the heat radiating member 15. |
