The device is used for the protection of premises, vehicles, objects, etc. It has improved reliability and is technologically suitable for concealed assembly. The device consists of a magnet controlled electric switch (1) with a reed contact (2) and a first magnetising permanent magnet (3), a permanently controlling mobile magnet (4), a non-magnetic surface (5) of the guarded object, source (6), signalling device (7), sensor (8) with a reed contact (9) and a second magnetising permanent magnet (10), a non-magnetic surface (11) from the adjacent second part of the guarded object, a third magnetising permanent magnet (12) and a place (13) for the positioning of the controlling mobile permanent magnet (4).
