The elastomer composition can is used in low-temperature vulcanisation and the silver-cladding of parts in particular. It allows the sulphur-free vulcanisation of components at low temperatures, up to 80 degrees and a substantially reduced process duration. The composition features outstanding electric insulation properties and seawater resistance. The elastomer composition includes, in parts by mass: butadiene styrene rubber CKMC-30 APKM-15 - 20.00-80.00, polyisoprene rubber - 20.00-80.00, zinc oxide - 2.00-7.00, magnesium oxide - 2.00-7.00, stearine - 1.00-4.00, 2,2-methylene-bis-4-methyl-6 tertiary butyl phenol - 3.00-5.00, silicate filler - 30.00-70.00, tetramethyl thioram disulphide - 1.00-5.00, 4,4'-dithiodimorpholine - 1.00-5.00, zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate - 3.00-10.00.
