This culture broth is used for the preparation in planting material in fruit growing. It enables the formation of a maximum number of gemmae per explant, which develop actively evolving into seedlings with well-shaped stems and normally grown leaf blades. The broth is a suitable combination of preset proportions of macrosalts, microsalts, vitamins, saccharose, agar, 6-benzyladenine, β-indole acetic acid and giberelline GA3. An explant will typically produce 13-18 new buds in 20-25 days, 71-76 percent of which will grow into seedlings fit for transplanting onto the culture medium for rooting and evolving into full-grown plants.
