PURPOSE:To set a leak fuel recovery passage to high pressure and reduce a leak quantity of foil from a cam chamber as well as to lower the extent of specific consumption in an engine as a whole by having a feed port at the high pressure side of a feed pump interconnected to this leak fuel recovery passage of a plunger part via a leak port of a rotor at a pressure-feed stroke of fuel. CONSTITUTION:At a fuel pressure-feed period, fuel pressurized flows into a leak fuel recovery passage 37 from a feed port 54 by way of a leak port 56 and then it is reached to a plunger part, adding large pressure, in reverse to the leak direction, to fuel and oil leaking from the plunger part. Therefore a leak quantity of fuel and oil from the plunger part becomes lessened. At an inlet period of fuel into this plunger part, pressure in the fuel and oil in the plunger part is a little, so that the leak quantity of those of fuel and oil from the plunger part is a little as well. |
