PURPOSE:To allow the use of the existing display part in common by using the existing key or button on the console panel and changing successively the display which shows respective digits and the display which shows the numeric value of the digit, after the setting number is inputted. CONSTITUTION:By pushing a density selecting button 49 before a P button 42 is pushed, the numeric value inputted to A-F can be confirmed by a LED41 for displaying the copying setting number of sheets. For the displaying at the time of the confirmation, at every pushing of an existing key or button, for example, the density selecting button 49, A-F appear successively at the numerical position of 10, and the input value of the digit appears at the numerical position of 1. A microcomputer for control to execute the display, for example, counts up the number of times of pushing down of the button 49a by a hexamal ring counter (one digit), uses the counted value as an address, and reads and displays the input value of the prescribed digit from a memory. On the other hand, when a density down button 49b is pushed down, the counting-down is executed and the input value of respective digits is displayed by a reverse rotation. |
