PURPOSE:To automatically prepare healthy roasted bean curd by press- dehydrating coagulated bean curd in hot water, roasting the bean curd outside the hot water, again immersing the roasted bean curd in hot water, carrying and cutting the bean curd and sterilizing the bean curd and conveyers for pressure-dehydrating the bean curd with the hot water. CONSTITUTION:For example, carrying and pressing conveyers for pressure- dehydrating and molding bean curd are vertically disposed in hot water at sterilizable temperature in a molding tank disposed adjacent to a coagulating tank, and coagulated bean curd is placed between both the conveyers and press- dehydrated. The bean curd is once lifted from the hot water with a conveyor for roasting the bean curd and subsequently roasted in air to produce scorched portions on one or both of the surfaces of the bean curd with one or two burners. The roasted bean curd is again carried in hot water and subsequently cut into a constant shape to prepare the objective roasted bean curd. |
