PURPOSE:To connect impartially each slave station in the channel connection among a master station and slave stations in a multiplex radio communication system by providing a line designation device, a timer device, a selector and an idle line changing device. CONSTITUTION:When a line designation signal 1001 including designation channel #1 information for connection is sent to slave stations 1, 3 from the line designation device 10 of a master equipment, connection request signals 1010, 1020 are sent from the slave stations 1, 3. As soon as the signal 1001 is sent, the timer device 20 of the master station starts its operation, and is operated for a sufficient time until the signal 1020 is returned from the slave station 3 after a signal including channel information designating the master station is sent. Then a selector 30 selects a signal optionally among connection request signals whose reception is confirmed during the operation of the timer 20 and the result is informed to each slave station by using a signal 1005. Then an idle line changing device 40 changes a line for connection one after another to the connection request from slave stations other than the slave stations 1, 3, the content is sent from the device 10 to each slave station to apply impartial connection among the slave stations.
