PURPOSE:To prevent an anode plate from being cracked when a nickel oxide- zirconia substrate is reduced by interchangeably polymerizing a laminated body in which a solid electrolyte body and a cathode are laminated on the nickel oxide-zirconia substrate, on a laminated body in which a separator is laminated on a cathode plate, letting reduction gas low in concentration flow over the nickel oxide-zirconia substrate, and thereby forming a porous anode plate. CONSTITUTION:A solid electrolyte body 1 and a cathode 3 are laminated on a nickel oxide-zirconia substrate in a first process, and a separator 5 is laminated on a cathode plate 4 in a second process. And a laminated body produced by the first process and a laminated body produced by the second process are interchangeably polymerized in a third process, and let reduction gas thin in concentration flow over the nickel oxide-zirconia substrate in a fourth process, so that a porous anode plate is thereby formed. By this constitution, the nickel oxide-zirconia substrate is gradually reduced to nickel-zirconia thermet so as to be formed into the anode plate, and the occurrence of abrupt stresses is thereby restrained, and the occurrence of cracks can also be prevented. |
