PURPOSE:To reduce the operating time and to attain sure operation by synthesizing messages with different detail in response to a command selected according to the skill of the operator and outputting the result. CONSTITUTION:A caption 11 is a message selection switch selecting the degree of detailed message and the operator throws a moving terminal 11c to the position of a skillful person use terminal 11a and of a beginner use terminal 11b. Moreover, a caption 12 is a beginner use ROM in which word and phrase groups required for synthesizing messages for beginner use are stored, and a caption 13 is a skillful person use ROM in which word and phrase groups required for synthesizing messages for skillful person use are stored. The ROMs 12, 13 are both message storage means to make data transmission reception with an LSI 12 for ADPCM voice recording and reproduction. Furthermore, the LSI 12 for ADPCM voice recording and reproduction, an amplifier 9 and a speaker 10 form a message reproduction means. |
