A tool holder comprising a base member (32) having a support surface (31) on which is mounted a holder device (33); a tool pocket (30) in said base member (32) and holder device (33) for holding a tool; a bore (34), parts of which are provided in the base member (32) and holder device (33) respectively, the part of the bore (34) which is disposed in the holder device (33) extending to an outer surface (40) of the latter and having smaller and larger diameter portions which meet at a step (36), the larger diameter portion extending to the support surface (31); a nozzle insert (35) which is mounted in the bore (24) and which has a stop edge which engages the step (36), the nozzle insert (35) being seated on a deformable sealing element (37) in the bore (34); and conduit means (39) for conveying water to said nozzle insert (35). <IMAGE> |
