A holder for tools for a machine for cutting rocks and mineral substances, the holder comprising a base member (1) secured to, or adapted to be secured to, the said machine; a holder device (2) which is releasably connected to the base member (1) by a bolt, pin or the like (21), the base member (1) and the holder device (2) having interengaging surfaces, both the base member (1) and the holder device (2) being provided with a receiving space (3) for a tool shank (31), the bolt, pin or the like (21) being mounted in a bore (20) in the base member (1), which bore (20) is substantially parallel to the tool axis; an anchor body (9) which projects from the base member (1) substantially perpendicular to the tool axes, the holder device (2) having a cap (8) which engages the anchor body (9) to prevent relative movement therebetween; and the base member (1) having a receiving space (6) which extends substantially perpendicular to the tool axis, the holder device (2) having an insert member (7) mounted closely in the latter receiving space (6). <IMAGE> |
