PURPOSE:To make improvements in productivity and operability by having an integral bar arrangement member built-in a concrete block so as to surround an opening, while filling up a caulking agent in a crack preventing groove on a panel surface. CONSTITUTION:An opening 6 is installed in the central part of a light-weight, aerated concrete block 5 partitioned off into four sections as in a pair of vertical side pats 2 and a pair of horizontal side parts 3. In addition, a bar arrangement member 9 is built in the concrete block 5 so as to surround this opening 6. Then, a crack preventing groove 7 of depth ranging from a panel surface to the bar arrangement member 9 is installed in a connecting part between these vertical side parts 2 and the horizontal side parts 3 and simultaneously a caulking agent 8 is filled up in the groove 7, thereby forming a panel 1. |
