<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the extension tool so that an organ is not flawed and a patient does not feel a pain, and also, it can be taken out in the case it is necessary to withdraw it after medical treatment by providing a drawing-out part in which a cut end part is bent in the inside diameter direction from the inside diameter of the on coil, in the extension tool provided with a coil of plural turns and the cut end part of the coil. CONSTITUTION:A catheter 30 is inserted into an organ 20. An extension tool 10 which is an inserting device consisting of a different member and whose shape becomes small at the time of insertion is pressed and inserted into this catheter 30, and moved to the tip part 31 of the catheter 50. When the tip 51 reaches the vicinity of a constricted part 21, the extension tool 10 consisting of a coil 11 is pushed out to the constricted part 21 from its vicinity by a prescribed pusher 52. In this case, the extension tool 10 can be inserted easily since it is made to the extent of a size of the inside diameter of the constricted part 21. Subsequently, the inserted extension tool 10 is allowed to sense a temperature by injecting a liquid whose temperature is higher than the body heat in order to enlarge it. In such a way, the extension tool 10 recovers storage and its diameter is expanded larger than the inside diameter of the constricted part 21. Also, at the time of taking out the extension tool 10, it can be drawn out to the outside by hooking it to a drawing-out part 13 by a takeout device 40.</p> |
