发明名称 METHOD FOR COATING HIGHLY ADHESIVE HARD CARBON FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a hard carbon protective film having high adhesion by previously synthesizing grains of the hard carbon film on the surface of a pre- sintered member of a super hard alloy, normally sintering the grains, embedding the grains in the member surface and coating the surface with a hard carbon film. CONSTITUTION:A diamond film, diamond-like carbon film, i-c film or hydrogenated amorphous carbon film is synthesized as a protective film for WC-Co-based super alloy or super alloy including also TaC and TiC. In the process, grains 3 of the aforementioned hard carbon are previously synthesized on the surface of a pre-sintered member 1 which is a production intermediate for the super hard alloy. The resultant member is then normally sintered to complete the sintering and the grains 3 of the hard carbon are simultaneously embedded in the surface of the member 1. The surface of the member 1 is subsequently coated with the above-mentioned hard carbon film 6 to form the hard carbon film of high adhesion as the protective film.
