<p>PURPOSE:To perform satisfactory evaluation in a short time by evaluating concentration of a notice option by a peak load evaluating part, evaluating the degree of dispersion of the notice option, arranged in the order, by a dispersion evaluating part, and simultaneously, giving priority to one of two types of evaluation. CONSTITUTION:A degree of level evaluating part 5 calculates the degree of level according to a rearranging assembly order based on a given rule in relation to a notice option. The degree of level evaluating part is provided with a peak load evaluating part 51 to calculate a peak load evaluating value indicating the degree of concentration of a notice option, a dispersion evaluating part 52 to calculate a dispersion evaluating value indicating the degree of dispersion of the notice option, and a degree of level calculating part 53 to determine an optimum distance of the option, decides the weight factor of each of the peak load evaluating value and the degree of dispersion evaluating value, and calculate the degree of level in relation to the notice option from the factor.</p> |
