PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of irregular texture in the production of a wide nonwoven fabric by aligning plural spinnerets having a specific shape in a specified state. CONSTITUTION:Elliptic spinnerets 1 or parallelogrammic spinnerets 1 each having different diagonal lines are aligned in the aligning axis direction 2. The elliptic spinnerets are aligned in such an inclined state that the aligning axis direction 2 and the long axis direction 3 of each elliptic spinneret 1 form a specific angle therebetween and the parallelogrammic spinnerets 1 are aligned in the direction of one side of each parallelogrammic spinneret 1. When the ends of adjacent spinnerets are projected in the direction orthogonal to the axis direction 2, the adjacent spinnerets are aligned so to overlap to each other, and the adjacent spinnerets are aligned so that the spinning hole rows located at the end of the spinnerets among the plural spinning hole rows 4 and the spinning hole rows existing at the end of the adjacent spinneret are aligned in the direction orthogonal to the axis direction 2 to spin approximately the same number of filaments in the direction orthogonal to the axis direction 2. |
