<p>PURPOSE:To improve the extendability and the memory utilization efficiency by holding a data group which can be rewritten electrically by a program, in an instruction storing area. CONSTITUTION:As for a programmable logic array (PLA) 100 in which a program consisting of an instruction group executed successively is stored, a read only memory for storing an instruction is centered, and a program consisting of an instruction group which is placed continuously extending from a low level address to a high level address, and executed successively, and a data group which can be rewritten electrically are stored. An instruction selecting means 600 selects a specific instruction of a program stored in the PLA 100, based on an output of a timing generator 500 for generating an execution timing signal of the instruction. In such a case, the instruction selecting means 600, and a specific data of a data group stored in a data store area of the PLA 100 are referred to. In such a way, the extendability and the memory utilization efficiency are improved.</p> |
