PURPOSE:To reduce the load on a maintenance worker by collecting previously the identification information and the corresponding prevention maintenance information on the unit having an abnormal mechanical operation part and giving these collected information to the maintenance worker. CONSTITUTION:At least a sensor 112 provided to each unit 110 observes the working state of a corresponding mechanical operation part 111. Each of these observation outputs is compared with the corresponding reference value by a comparison means 113. Based on the result of the comparison, a prevention maintenance information generating means 114 generates the prevention maintenance information on the abnormality of the part 111. The maintenance information is outputted in response to the request of information and then stored in a prevention maintenance information store means 122 to each unit 110. A detection means 123 detects the unit 101 having the part 111 requiring the prevention maintenance based on the prevention maintenance information. Then the identification information and the corresponding prevention maintenance information are outputted by an output means 124. Thus the load of a maintenance worker is reduced. |
