PURPOSE:To simulate trial power transmission of a power system by providing means for simulating the start of a trial power transmitting generator, means for simulating charging step of a line, means for simulating parallel connection of charged buses, etc. CONSTITUTION:A generator starting condition setter 21 sets an initial value of a generator to be trially power transmitted, corrects a bus admittance, and outputs dynamic characteristic calculation start command of the generator to be trially power transmitted to a system simulator 1. The simulator 1 starts dynamic characteristic calculation of the generator, and simulates to start the generator. A line charging condition setter 22 corrects a bus admittance. The simulator 1 simulates to line-charge by the generator. A bus parallel condition setter 23 corrects bus admittance upon parallel connection of buses, and simulates to trially transmit power to the bus. |
