PURPOSE:To eliminate delay from PID operation and to prevent reverse power supply due to abrupt reduction of load power upon finish of starting operation by adding/subtracting an output from a control system to/from an output from a PID regulator thereby controlling a steam regulation valve and reducing the generating power upon elapse of a predetermined time after provision of a load starting signal. CONSTITUTION:A target value SV from a PID regulator 8 and outputs from a multiplier 13 in from a correction operating section, a multiplier 21' and a variation limiter 27 in a correction operating section IV are fed to an adder/ subtractor 14 which then subtracts outputs from the multiplier 13, a variation limiter 21 and a variation limiter 27 from a control output from the PID regulator 8 and the subtraction result is fed to a low limit 15. The low limit 15 sustains a steam regulation valve 9 at a minimum opening so that it is not restricted excessively based on the outputs from the multiplier l3, and the variation limiters 21, 27. |
