PURPOSE:To provide an artificial spout generating mechanism which eliminates a need to erect an air discharge pipe from a space, e.g. a room floor, by a method wherein a plurality of air discharge spots are arranged approximately in a plane and an air suction position is arranged approximately flush with a plurality of the air discharge spots. CONSTITUTION:An artificial spout generating device 1 has eight air discharge pipes 2 and a plurality of air discharge holes 3 are formed in juxtaposition in each air discharge pipe 2. An air suction fan 10 is run, and air is sucked through an air suction port 5 and discharged through each air discharge hole 3 to generate a continuous revolving air flow A. Air is sucked through the air suction port 5 opened in a down state, and a core part B is formed in the revolving air flow a. Through location of an air suction processing device 11 to the lower part of the approximate central part in an axial direction of the revolving air flow A, air is also sucked through an air suction port 5' with the aid of an air suction fan 14, and the core part B is formed in the revolving air flow A. An artificial spout H sucks air in the revolving air flow A, a part thereof enters the air suction port 5, and the rest enters the air suction port 5'. The air is filtered through a filter 15 and discharges through a discharge port 12 to the outside. |
