PURPOSE:To change a starting torque according to a loaded condition at the time of starting, i.e., to make a motor primary current variable to suppress a power supply side voltage fluctuation to the minimum by taking in the status information of a breaker and the motor primary current and number of revolution of a motor and by setting a rotor-resistance at the time of restarting from the value of a slip immediately before the stop at the time of the last starting. CONSTITUTION:First, the software of a computer controller 14 is processed in the following manner. The computer controller 14 takes in and stores, with a certain time period, the status condition of a breaker 1 and a motor primary current detected by a current transformer 2 and outputted from a current-voltage converter 12 and the number of motor revolution detected by a specified speed generator 8 and being the output of a signal level converter 13 and such software is calculated on the basis of a principle of proportional transition from a slip immediately before the stop of the last starting. Then, the initial value of resistance is set beforehand in a secondary resistor 4 so that a torque necessary for the next starting is generated therefrom. |
