<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the polarity difference of an MIM element by composing a path of a 1st conductor, a 2nd insulator, a 2nd conductor, and the picture element electrode for the signal of a 1st nonlinear element and also forming a reverse path for a 2nd nonlinear element. CONSTITUTION:The path for the signal of the 1st nonlinear element is formed of the 1st conductor 1, 2nd insulator 8, the 2nd conductor 3, and picture element electrode 4 and the signal for the path of the 2nd nonlinear element is formed of the 2nd conductor 3, 2nd insulator 8, the 1st conductor 1, and picture element electrode 4. Consequently, the MIM element is connected to the ITO 4 of the picture element electrode in the direction where the polarity difference is offset and then when the 1st and 2nd MIM elements are set to the same area, the polarity difference can be eliminated completely.</p> |
