<p>PURPOSE:To discharge chips generated at the time of drilling smoothly and remove them completely by vibrating a base or a drill vertically. CONSTITUTION:A laminated plate 2 is placed and supported on a base 1, a drill 3 is driven to lower it, and the drill 3 is made to advance at a fixed feed speed and make a through hole in the laminated plate. Since the base 1 is vibrated vertically by a hydraulic cylinder 4 which is controlled by a hydraulic servo 6, it is possible to discharge chips generated at the time of drilling smoothly.</p> |
