PURPOSE:To enable a mass production of uniform and superior golf ball with ease and promptitude but without a supporting lever and an opening for air outflow, by injecting a synthetic resin material for cover in the form of paste from the side of one molding frame in the direction of a core, further injecting a replenishing synthetic resin material from the side of another molding frame in the direction of the core, cooling the same to solidify, as the cover and eliminating protuberances from the so obtained crude ball. CONSTITUTION:A core 25 is placed right above an injection hole h2 of a lower molding frame M2, the molding frame M2 is joined to another molding frame M1 and then a thermoplastic synthetic resin material r1 in the form of paste is injected from an upper nozzle n1 to go through an injection hole h1 and to be stored in a space between the core 25, and an inner wall i1, i2. In injecting a predetermined amount, a replenishing amount of a synthetic resin material r2 having the same effect is injected from a lower nozzle n2 to the side of the lower molding frame M2 through an injection hole h2 according to detection of a regulator. |
